Who We Represent

Jones Act Law Firm Representing Employees of All Major Offshore and Maritime Companies

All offshore and maritime workers face risks on the job. While some of these risks have to do with the nature of the work these employees perform, many of the risks have to do with offshore and maritime companies’ failure to take appropriate safety precautions.

This is evident in the fact that some companies have much higher accident rates than others. Some companies routinely appear in the headlines for the wrong reasons, and the U.S. Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) receives incident reports involving some companies much more frequently than others. While these companies often try to blame unexpected weather patterns, defective equipment and other factors, subsequent investigations have shown that these companies are responsible in most cases.

Offshore and Maritime Companies Can (and Should) Be Held Liable for Their Employees’ Injuries

When offshore and maritime companies are to blame for their employees’ injuries, these companies can – and should – be held liable. The Jones Act and other federal maritime laws provide workers with clear legal rights, and these laws entitle employees and their families to financial compensation when companies’ negligent acts and other misdeeds lead to injuries and fatalities.

Our Jones Act law firm represents employees and their families in claims against all major offshore and maritime companies. This includes (but is not limited to) companies such as:
